As rain is expected through the weekend but there are many festive Fall and Halloween events planned in the Mother Lode.
The 64th annual Fall Art Show & Exhibit is presented by the Mother Lode Art Association at the Opera Hall. The event is a fundraiser to support the annual $1,000 scholarship awarded to a Columbia College student, scholarships for TCAA kids camp and books and tapes for the library have also been supported. This is a judged art show with awards for entries from Sacramento to the Mother Lode, details are in their event listing.
On Friday the Tuolumne Youth Center is celebrating Halloween. Wear your costume and play games, the location is in their event listing here.

Saturday Jamestown Elementary is hosting a Trick or Treat Street in downtown Jamestown, with a parade to the school. Admission is $5 per student, or $20 for a family with 4 or more children. There will be a haunted house, games, prizes and a lunch for sale.
Both Christian Heights and Sierra Bible Church have Halloween events planned on Sunday. At Sierra Bible Church it is Family Fun Night, it is a non-scary costume event for kids of all ages, details are here. Christian Heights is moving their Family Harvest Fest indoors due to predicted continuing rainy weather. Their event is listed here.
The 40th Annual Bach Festival concludes with Bach’s Brunch on Sunday.
